After the UPJEE exams, candidates have to apply for counselling session and choose Mahamaya Polytechnic of Information Technology as preferred college for admission. Those students clearing all the stages of selection, need to get their documents verified at the college and submit the course fee.

An application fee of INR 300+ bank charges for General/ OBC and INR 200+ bank charges for SC/ST candidates has to be paid for registering to UPJEE (P) exam offering admission to Diploma courses at Mahamaya Polytechnic of Information Technology.
