The typical CAT cutoff for admission to IIMs is between the 95th and 100th percentile for all categories. The CAT 2022 cut off percentile for top IIMs for students in the General category was between 98 and 100 percent. The CAT cut offs are comparatively lower for all categories at the new and infant IIMs, where the cut offs are lower for students in the Reserved category.

The IIMs and top MBA schools, including FMS, SPJIMR, IMT, and MICA, provide the preliminary CAT cut offs for WAT-PI shortlisting well in advance of the publication of the test results, but they don't disclose the final CAT cut offs until after the release of the exam

I think you want to talk directly with the college and talk about their policy for providing dual programme. Search on the google about the contact number of MIT and talk to them for better knowledge.

See, Firstly you need to Understand that MIT-WPU Now-a state private deemed university. So, the procedure is kinda different from others (As far as Ive Experienced). Firstly, this means that They do not participate into CAP rounds now.
Secondly, to apply you need to go to their website and apply under the option. You would be asked to enter your CET and JEE Mains marks and if JEE and MHT-CET is considered you have to score atleast 90-95 percentile above to get into it, then only you can expect top Branches.
