Dear Aspirant, For recruitment in any higher educational institute at the level of Assistant Professor, you have to follow the standard procedure laid down by UGC. After satisfying the eligibility criteria mentioned in the recruitment notification API score will be generated and based on it candidates are called for an interview which is then finally selected based on their performance.
