Dear Aditya, direct admission will be on management quota. But why you want to opt for a management quota seat where you will have to pay more fee if you can get a seat in a good private university at a lower fee. Opt for some of the good private universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc offering various specializations in B.Tech including CSE.
They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of your marks in class 12. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12 or JEE or even during the course.

All three are similar at every level because all three belong to one university now and follow the same rules because of the same. All three have qualified faculty members, different facilities that a student might require, etc. They follow pool campus so there is no issue with the placements. Apart from that, the only difference is in the teaching approach as what I have experienced. MITSOB follows case based study which other two colleges don't. I would suggest that you join MITSOB. I am a student at MITSOB. I know the faculty, teaching approach, study material, college environment, etc. So, overall, I can say its good for you.
