If you have higher rank in JEE go with it and if you have good rank in MHCET go with it. All the best. Every state have some seats for non domicile student so this will help you to get admission in Maharashtra.

COEP fills its seats via MHCET not via JEE Mains so for getting admission into that, you need to score more than 140 marks in MHCET. However, MIT-Pune fills its seats via both modes so if you are looking forward to taking admission via JEE Mains you need to score around 150 marks to get good branches.
