Kirloskar Institute of Management is a good Institute, The faculty and student exposure are also good. In terms of placements, the highest and average package offered during the placement drive 2025 was INR 12.16 LPA  and 8 LPA. 

The top 50% of the batch received average package of 8.5 LPA during KIM Pune placements 2025.
