No first you have to clear your 12th calss examination then you will get admission throuth 12th class marksheet not with 10th class marksheet.

Hi Aman, if anyone cancels their admission from the 1st merit list or payment of fees is not done on time by them, then the waiting list candidates get a chance. However, be hopeful as there are three merit lists that shall be announced by the University, you might get a chance there, however it's only a probability. Do keep your options open.
