Yes, you can easily get the college without any problem. Even, you can get into almost all the colleges of the Maharashtra but it would be difficult for you to get the desired branch into the top colleges through counselling, there is internal sliding into the college if the seats are vacant in the other branches.

Hi, NIOS is a government recognized board and all universities and educational institutions in India are bound for accepting the results. Raffles Mumbai is a design institution and offers various Advance Diploma courses and UG design programs for UK and Australia based universities (for more details visit school website). The minimum eligibility criteria is class 12th pass and the candidate will have to appear in a 90 minute objective based RCAT (Raffles Creative Aptitude Test), which will cover the following areas:
1. English Proficiency
2. Mathematics
3. Creative Aptitude
4. Analytical Reasoning
Good Luck.

I'll prefer you to join any other coaching institute like Allen and Resonance as the coaching institute mentioned by you is also quite good. But the main problem is that their passing ratio is not that good.
