Yes, there are colleges offering PGDM programs which have lower cutoffs I. e. 70-75+ percentile. But to take admission in such colleges, you need to clear their interview rounds. Good luck!

Maharashtra is among the few states, which does not conduct any entrance examination for giving admission directly into second year of engineering colleges by what is called as the lateral mode of admission. However, the selection of candidates is based on the marks obtained by them in either the Diploma examination conducted by the government of Maharashtra or the B.Sc examination conducted by different universities. You will have to apply online seeking admission for lateral mode on the website of directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra.
