I am a student of Symbiosis and let me you, if you opt for this college it isn't a bad choice. On the other hand, find out what's the cut off for CLAT because with this score you might or might not get one of the lower ranked NLUs.

Dear Dev!
Many of the private college don't consider NIOS Student for their regular course. So firstly you need to contact the college administration asking your eligibility. If you are eligible, then the procedure is same as like of any other board candidates.

Generally a score around 200 is good enough to get NITs. For Chemical Engineering also a score around 150-160 is good enough. Still, you can better check the college predictor link for the expected colleges list-

As you haven't mentioned your category, I can't exactly tell you the answer for it. But yes, if you have qualified the cutoff marks then you can get many private college ( you won't get any good government college in this rank) like Jaypee Noida, Shiv Nadar University, Galgotias University or so. But you should keep in mind the placement scenario of the college before taking up admission.
