The cut-off for SIT depends on the level of their entrance exam and the maximum marks scored by any student. Till last year, the entrance exam for SIT was named as SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test) but from now onwards, it is named as SITEEE (SIT Engineering Entrance Exam). Last year, the cut-off for the branches are as follows:
CS: 120+
IT: 106+
E&TC: 75+
Mechanical: 70+
Civil: 60+
So, now it is totally dependent on your interest.
