For that, you have to apply for MHCET. You belong to Maharashtra and you belong to outside the state, then you have to apply for, by JEE Mains score.

By appearing for ULSAT, you get admission in University of petroleum and emerge studies Dehradun. There are no other colleges as such under the entrance exam. Also, Pune is not the centre for GD or PI as well as the exam.
