Yes, all the centers of MHCET are in Maharashtra only because it's a state level exam but offline mode is available for the outsiders of other states.

Well, firstly you need to decide in which college you wish to take admission and check the criteria for selection. Usually 50% and above is considered. You will have to apply for National Eligibility Test. The National Eligibility Test is to be taken in the subject in which you have expertise and have pursued your Masters Degree program.

SSE offers M.Sc in economics and the to apply for this you need to have graduated with economics/ mathematics/ statistics/ physics.
B.Tech and BE graduates may also apply. Graduates from any statutory university with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for SC/ST) at graduation level.
Registration starts on December 7, 2017.
