As per your marks in MHCET and JEE Mains, you chances are nil for getting admission there merit wise,however this college do have management quota so if you are willing to pay high then you can easily get admission there.

Obviously, IIT Bombay is the best engineering college in Mumbai. And, there are several other good engineering colleges too.

However there are different discussions going on.
The center wants to implement JEE in all states, while the State wants to increase the difficulty level of CET for the next year.
So this gives us a hint that no matter what, from 2018 onwards the difficulty level will increase either through JEE or CET itself.

Yes, VIT Pune was in the NIRF rankings but it was not in the top 100. In 2017, also, it is there in the rank band of 151-200 only. For that, you may refer:
