College change or university change after the first year is completely dependent on the college and university norms, some universities allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in the first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.

This query is in the minds of many students. Changing University midway is no mean task. Theoretically it may be possible but practically it's not possible.

Hello Pravin,
These two universities are different and hence their syllabus is also bound to be different. If you are studying in Govt college, then perhaps you can think of it but if you are studying in a private college then it's next to impossible.
