Your score is moderate to take admission in Pune University because in Diploma, most of the students got high marks and no. of seats are only 10%. So, the cut-off list to take direct admission is quite high. Also, if you are other than University of Pune, then it is even hard to get admission. Kindly apply in MIT/Singhad/Bharti college.

Sandip University in Nasik, is private University recognised by UGC. Course content of all the courses offered by this university is available on their website. Books are available in leading bookstores of Nasik.

That depends upon various factors you see. The cut-off of the institute changes every year so do the lists. Now, it totally depends upon the college how many lists they wish to display. Other than this, how many admissions happen prior to you also makes the difference. As per my view, you mist get through this but I may be wrong as I don't know the current year cut-off. Wish you good luck.
