Bachelor of Mass Media commonly known as BMM course is as undergraduate programme which has been designed to provide students with a firm training in communication skills. The cut-off would be something within 50 percent of the total marks you appear for, in the exam. It might even go down to something around 45 per cent, at max.
Do not worry about that, just do well and concentrate on the paper during the exam rather than worrying about the cut-off.

If this 19k is your general rank, then you will easily get IIIT
but if 19k is your OBC rank, then I am sorry to say but it will not help you to get into IIITs because your rank in OBC category is 19k, so your general rank is somewhere in 1 lakhs.
