Hello Saurabh,
The admissions earlier were not based exclusively on entrance exam but combination of this and marks of 12th. Hence trying to compare with this year is futile since now it's based only on MHTCET.
After the exam is over, some sites will come up with college predictor. That will tell you about possibility of admission in MIT.

Tolani Maritime Institute (TMI) – The fee is around 15-16 LPA.
MANET – The fee is around 12 LPA.
