Well, it really tough to give the name of colleges which are considering 43% in 12th. Most of the colleges usually have 50% as the criteria. Relaxation is in the case where you fall under any reserved category.

Yes, there is an option of choosing a college by yourself but the college you got is on the basis of closing rank. You can participate in the counselling and then fill the option of college according to your closing rank.

Wait for the lists there will be atleast 6 to 7 list. Keep checking the notifications on website. You might get a call for it but you will have to wait till 5th or 6th list may be. Best Luck.
