Hello Siddharth Rathod,
the admissions at VIT is based only on their entrance exam called VITEEE and not on CET. So only if you have a rank below 20000 you can get your desired course and also at a basic fee at VIT University.

This is the last year cutoff for Vidyalankar Institute: CSE-139, E&C-114, EC-103, IT-126, Bio Med-94. So if you get lucky you may get electronics or else you would have to go for bio medical.

Each country has got its own validations with respect to educational qualifications. I do not know about the institute you are referring but in general, Diploma courses offered in India cater to the Indian scenario where many of the employers are keen about the skills and not about any certification from a university or governing body or government of India. Several thousands of professionals in India have studied in many reputed institutes and are into successful careers. But institutes offer the diplomas on their own.
