At Unique Institute of Management (UIM, Pune) the hostel fees of the students depend on the facilities provided in the hostels. The hostel has 200 twin-sharing rooms. The hostel provides air-conditioned rooms also. It has a dining room, a common room equipped with facilities for indoor games and a gymnasium. A committed and dedicated resident warden looks after the affairs of the hostel. The hostel also provides locker facilities to the residents. This college was started in 2005 . Majority of student take admission from goverment quota . Which make tough compititon amoung students result as 7.5 CGPA average .60% students were placed. 3.6 lack Max salary offered and average 2.8-3.00 lacks and the lowest 2.2 lacks by the recruiter. IBM, John Deer, Markets and market etc. They offered as business analyst, marketing manager, area manager, marketing executive etc. 80% of students got internship into s several companies like Tulsi auyertech, atlas copco, posco, axis etc.
