Naveen Chandra Mehta Institute of Technology and Development is a privately run institute and hence its expenditure is met from the fees collected from the students. As a result, not only this institute but institutes similarly placed have hardly any financial leverage to offer scholarships to students. However, the Government of Maharashtra offers reimbursement of tuition fees to students who come from socially challenged sections. In addition to this one or two students do get reimbursement of tuition fees from private people who donate for this purpose. The International Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) located in Pune enjoys an impressive record of placements, especially oriented towards the creative and fashion-related aspects, which is the main emphasis. BBA graduates can also expect placements, albeit most are focused on employment in retail and fashion brands as well prospective companies like PUMA, Shoppers Stop, Tommy Hilfiger, and the like. Rajeev Business School is one of the best colleges in Pune. It has highly experienced faculty and offers excellent placement. The fee is also lower than that of other colleges.
