Since the all-India counciling cutoff typically rises above 600 in any category due to the more competitive, you have a strong chance of being accepted into a government medical college under the state quota if you have 467 marks and are from the SC category.

You have a poor possibility of getting a first choice, but you should absolutely seek counseling, then check the last year's cutoff in accordance with your grades and category of college.

5% of total seats shall be filled by TFW scheme, e.g. 60 seats then 3 seats shall be filled by TFWS. Students whose parent's income is less than Rs. 6 lakh/annum are eligible for TFWS. Candidates should have possessed at least 50% in 10+2 exams from any recognised board with Science as a mandatory subject. Candidates should have qualified the entrance exam like UPSEE, BITSAT, MH CET.
