You can change your college in BCA second year, but this transfer is subject to a few conditions:
First, you can change colleges only on the basis of valid reasons like a transfer of parents. Second, it will be allowed if both colleges are under the same university, except for exemption. Third, it will be possible only if there are vacant seats available, unless you have quota seats, like a defense quota. You will have to follow the following process to change the college of Nagpur under the same university to the college of Pune: (1) Obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the college authorities where you want to transfer. (2) You will need written permission from the college principal where you are applying. Also, there is a separate procedure at every college; some colleges may demand a Certificate of good conduct or a Certificate of attendance from the principal of the college you are changing. Therefore, you will need to contact the admissions officers at both colleges with regards to the admissions process.
