Class 12 grades are accepted by MGUMST for UG course admissions. Furthermore, the university admits students to UG programs on the basis of both merit and entrance exams. Candidates must take the necessary entrance exam for the courses they want to enroll in and receive good grades in Class 12 in order to be admitted.

MGUMST accepts NEET scores for some UG and PG courses such as BDS, MBBS, MS, etc. Further for some other courses admission is merit-based.
