The University has a separate hostel for boys and girls. The main hostel has accommodation for over 250 students. Moreover, the hostel facilities include water coolers, common rooms, phones, xerox machines, Sports Facilities, Canteen, Mess Facility, T.V. facilities, Vehicle Stand, etc.

MJRPU offers both scholarships and financial assistance to its UG and PG students. However, students can apply for various Government scholarships such as the Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses (Minorities), the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students, the Graduate Scholarship for Professional Courses for SC/ST, Post Graduate Merit Scholarship for University Rank Holders, and Post-Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child.

Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University is accredited with a "B" Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). MJRPU offers around 30 courses at the UG, PG, and PhD levels. Some of the courses include BTech, MA, MSc, LLB, LLM, B.Ed, M.Ed, and various others. MJRPU admissions based on merit and entrance exam for some courses. The university further conducts an entrance exam for admission to the MSc, LLB, B.Ed, B/El.Ed, BPEd, M.Ed, and LLM courses.

Jyoti Vidyapeeth University is better for B.A.M.S but it is only for women. Although Mahatma Phule college is also good for B.A.M.S as the fees is low.
