The University has a separate hostel for boys and girls. The main hostel has accommodation for over 250 students. Moreover, the hostel facilities include water coolers, common rooms, phones, xerox machines, Sports Facilities, Canteen, Mess Facility, T.V. facilities, Vehicle Stand, etc.

MJRPU offers both scholarships and financial assistance to its UG and PG students. However, students can apply for various Government scholarships such as the Merit Cum Means Scholarship for Professional and Technical Courses (Minorities), the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarship for College and University Students, the Graduate Scholarship for Professional Courses for SC/ST, Post Graduate Merit Scholarship for University Rank Holders, and Post-Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child.
