The minimum eligibility requirement for this course is that the students should have passed Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Yes, MDI Gurgaon is good for pursuing the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) course. MDI FPM course is equivalent to the PhD degree offered at the Management Development Institute. MDI Gurgaon offers both FPM (Residential) and FPM (Non-Residential) courses. It offers financial stipends to PhD scholars. MDI Gurgaon offers a two-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDM-HRM). MDI Gurgaon admission to this course is based on candidates' performance in CAT/ GMAT entrance exams, followed by a Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion and Personal Interview. For PGDM, shortlisting of candidates for WAT-GD-PI is done based on CAT percentiles.
