Hi, I am really not an expert in the field! So I might not be able to give a very specific answer. But I guess there are lot of opportunities in trying to develop nuclear medicines, finding new techniques and improving existing ones, improving the instrumentation aspects and also a lot of work is needed in improving the working conditions of people who work in primary labs and make these nuclear medicines and ways to improve their health conditions and reduce the radiation effects on humans.
