Yes, you can surely pursue BTech in Aeronautical from MIT. Apply for the exam conducted by MIT then according to the score or rank you can be allotted a seat in the university.

Ragging is strictly prohibited in the colleges . If anyone is found doing ragging he /she should be punished by the college or strict action should be taken against them. I personally don't think ragging culture still exists in any college of India because there are strict rules and regulations of colleges against ragging. So, don't panic nothing will happen to you in the college or if something happens you should complain to the college administration.
