Manipal University Jaipur does not provide direct admission to all the courses. However it does provide direct admission to some of the courses such as BCA, BBA, BA, BCom. Admission to these courses takes place on the basis of class 12 exam and personal interview. For some of the courses candidates might have to take English Compregension tests. Primarily BTech and M.Tech admision takes place on the basis of JEE and GATE scores.

The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) is required to apply to the B.Tech programme at Manipal University Jaipur. The Faculty of Engineering provides 18 specializations during the 4-year undergraduate program.
