With best of my knowledge, I don't think LPU is currently operating any office in Manipur, but you can connect to LPU counselors directly in university. I. e. in Punjab. You can even request for video conference virtual counselling as well. Get in touch with the counselors for better details. I hope this helps. All the Best. !
