You can take admission at any time in private institute for short term weekend courses their is not such restriction for institutions for admission in particular month. visit to our link for best photography college

See there is no such colleges are available for a photography course. But private institutions are available for your said course. Go for graduation on B. M. or B.J. M. C. and learn photography side by side. Practice and Masters yourself into this art.
