Scope is all based on your performance, what you have learned in that institute matters, if you learned everything the chances to be on good position would be high. Their is no such extra thing required because BJAS makes you learn every aspects of acting.

The best way to prepare is download previous years question papers and check out the modules they have asked for. Such as Mathematics, abstract reasoning, General awareness, Indian culture, Indian drama history, architecture, folk music. For interview prepare basic question about the course you would like to pursue. And get proper knowledge on it.

Please learn acting from some acting institute, There are few good acting institute to pursue acting. Observe people practice acting. FTII, SRFTII NSD, AAFT, State Institute of Film and Television, Rohtak

There is now such course for theater director, but there are courses for direction which can help you to manage theater plays. Go for Diploma in film making you'll get learn all aspects of acting sound stage, etc.

Diploma is called as short term course, degree has its full 3 year programme. Both have same learning process in acting. In degree you have more theory to study, but in Diploma practicals is on the prior base. So both are good for acting

Yes there are a few institutes who offer Bachelor degree in Acting but for further you need to take PG Diploma in acting. Regards.
