You cannot pursue any Masters course while you are still pursuing Bachelors. You need to finish your graduation first.

It is difficult to get admission in any good college affiliated to Mumbai University with 70% score. You may wait for 2nd or 3rd cut-off list and see if the luck favours you and cut-off comes down to 70%. .

You can expect to get admission in Tecnia, Fairfield, Madhubala or Kasturi Ram. If not in first counselling, you will surely get a seat in second counselling.

Yes, you are certainly eligible for the counselling. You can expect to get admission in Kasturi Ram, BLS Institute or Lingayas Lalita Devi Institute of Management. If not in first counselling, you will surely get a college in second counselling.

2. Manorama Yearbook
3. Kewal J Kumar's Mass Communication in India
Also, read at least 2 newspapers daily to stay updated with the current affairs.

You have a very good chance of getting a good college in IP University. You don't really have to worry, you have a high probability to get admission in the top colleges like Vivekananda Institute, JIMS, Maharaja Agrasen and Trinity Institute of Professional Studies.
