MDU does't provide mass communication course at Bachelors level. It has an M.A. Programme in mass communication. I am afraid you cannot apply for IIMC exams now since the application process is over now. You can contact the institute to know if there is a provision for direct admission through management quota.

There are no tips as such. In the counselling process, you will just have to see if your rank is suitable for any college. You will then have to make a decision which college you want to select out of the ones you are eligible for. You will be provided with a form, that you need to fill up with your details, college preference and submit other necessary documents as and when your rank will be called upon.
