For M.A Journalism and Mass Communication, a syllabus of focused areas covering journalism, mass communication and media studies is required to prepare for. The syllabus normally covers about 10-12 papers per semester, i.e 4-6 papers in the first semester and 4-6 papers in the second semester. Introduction to Journalism and Mass Communication, Media and Society, Reporting and Editing, Broadcast Journalism, Research Methodology are just a few topics covered.
