Media Law course covers topics such as the international conventions on freedom of expression, definition of mass media, regulation of broadcast media including public and commercial broadcasters, principles of media self-regulation, and the right to freedom of expression as protected by international treaties. 

However, Media and Entertainment Law course topics can vary from institute to institute in India.

The JMI Entrance Exam cutoff marks are the minimum marks required to pass the test. These are published along with the declaration of the results. The cutoff marks vary from programme to programme. Online BJMC exams are also conducted online, however, they are conducted in a centre-based manner to avoid any cheating. They use software to monitor students during the exam, requiring a specialised browser, have time limits for exams, etc.

No, the BJMC admission for distance course is different from the regular course. One might not need to prepare and sit for an entrance exam and also, most steps can be completed online. 

But, you'll still need to fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the desired college, fill out the application form, attend the counselling session, and more.
