Candidates must have following documents during XET counselling.

  • Class 10 transcripts
  • Class 12 transcripts
  • Graduation certificate of qualifying exam
  • Migration
  • XIC Entrance Test Admit Card
  • Category Certificate, if applicable
  • Class 10 pass certificate for verification of age
  • In case result is awaited, evidence of appearing in qualifying exam
  • Self-attested photocopies of all documents
  • 5 recent passport-size photographs

As XIC OET exam is conducted in online mode, the Xavier's Institute of Communication will share the login details and password, 10 minutes before exam starts.

As Xavier's Institute of Communication releases the admit card on applicant's registered email ID, candidates are advised to look for the XET admit card on the provided email. In case the mail is not there on the registered ID, candidates must check their Junk/ Spam Email Folders.

Yes, a candidate have to submit Statement of Purpose (SOP) along with their XIC OET application form. The SOP includes the motivation, reason, career goals and academic background behind selecting the course.

No, as per guidelines set by Xavier's Institute of Communication, to successfully submit the XET application form, candidates have to pay registration fee only via Bank Debit/Credit Card/ Net banking/ UPI.
