You haven't specified so I guess it must be for the Entrance Exam. It depends upon the college or universities how they accept the students. Through entrance exam, merit basis etc. If entrance exam then still it differs from college to college. NIMCJ MACJET entrance for MJMC include the current affairs, english grammer, Logical reasoning etc.

Hi. B.A. Has a slightly lesser depth of subjects while B.J. M. C. has all the detailed knowledge of journalism and mass communication. It has topics from literature, politics, constitution and international relations, etc. There is a slight difference in subjects and syllabus. However, both are taken as almost same overall.
