Masters course fulfill your degree, if you really want to explore in this field then I would suggest go for particular job's related to mass communication. None of the college's provide placements after your degree. According to my experiences, you should pursue master's from IGNOU and besides this provide your maximum time in your job related works to gain experiences.

There are many college's. In Delhi, there is GGSIPU which provides both these courses. GGSIPU is a good university, it has many college's under them. You have to take entrance exam for them. You can avail college's according to your rank. Form's are available now.

Each and every college have pros and cons. I don't know much about YMCA and Times School but I know more about NIMCJ for the mass communication course. NIMCJ rank as India's top mass communication college, good placement records, Industry experts as a visiting faculty, and much more.
