The eligibility for pursuing this course is as follows:
1. HSC (10+2) years of education and working in Media or Event Management Company with a minimum experience of two year.
2. Graduate from any stream from a recognized university and working in Media or Event Management Company with a minimum experience of 6 months.
Proficiency of Basic English is a must.

The event management course in iLEAD is for 3 months and the criteria for getting a certificate is the successful completion of the course and scoring the passing marks in the examination at the end of the course.
