After pursuing MA in Journalism and Communication, you can also apply for various competitive and entrance exams.
I would like to suggest, you appear for UGC NET Exam. As this is one of the best tests through which you can pursue your career as a researcher or teacher.

If this is the budget for 3 years, then it might be difficult, as in IP University it will cost you around INR. 2.5 Lacs from top colleges like VIPS, JIM's and Maharaja Aggrasen College.
Other than that, if you choose top private institutes and University like Noida international, Galgotias University or any big than 5 Lacs is minimum. So in my opinion the only option for you is DU. In which admission are almost closed this year. But, you can drop one year and prepare for entrance test and if you will pass that than it will cost you less than your budget plus you will get a free laptop as the college is under Central government.

Photography and animation in coming days and in fact in today time has most scope, so yes it will provide you with placement offers. Even if you become an average photographer, then also you can easily earn INR. 40,000 quite easily. But, if you become a great photographer than you can charge Lacs of money for one photoshoot as well. All the best.

Hindi media industry is about 90% in our company and the same is the number of newspaper so learning B.J. M. C. in Hindi will provide you with more scope. But having said that social work is also an industry where fewer people are engaged so it also offers eye-pleasing scope for the future. All the best.
