Yes, there is an entrance test for every course of GGSIPU. You have to give one for journalism too. All the best.

Also, DCAC is one of the top colleges for Journalism so it will be tough for you. You can try for other colleges of DU, and that too can happen ONLY when you have some quota like that of OBC/SC/ST etc.
You can't get admission in any college of DU with 60% if you are from General category. Something can happen only if you have some reservation/quota.
