Hello,
You can apply for any college but many colleges take entrance test like IP University in which admission Registration are already close. The admission in DU is going on you can register yourself, as quickly as possible.

This percentage does not matter, you have to fill the entrance exam and then the university will decide which college is suitable for you according to yours entrance result remember there is very few seats are available for this course. You have to score well if you want a good college for journalism.

In your interview, the questions are asked to check the confidence level of a person. So, don't worry the questions are easy but don't lose your self confidence. The answer asked from you if you don't know say it you don't know, it will show that you are honest person. I hope you will clear the interview.

You should start from 11th because there will be boards in 12th and it will create a lot of pressure.

You can apply for it if you are interested but if you have done your graduation from another field like B.Com or any other then it is not useful for the candidate. If the candidate has done hi her graduation from the photography line, then it will be useful for them and it also helps them in getting a good job as well.

You can simply fill the online registration form and take the entrance exam of IP University as well as Delhi University and then wait for the cut-off of all the colleges according to your score in the entrance exam. The university will decide which college should be given to you.

Yes, there are some delays in registration but now the registration is open you can register yourself. And the reason behind the delays registration is not to reveal till now.
