If you want to do studies further then Firstly, pursue Graduation in Mass Communication, and then there you can get theoretical, practical knowledge about TV Anchor. Moreover, you have to work on some basics. Which are very important to be a TV Anchor:

Basic eligibility for admission to an M.A. Programme in Journalism is a Bachelor degree in Journalism and/or Mass Communication with a minimum of 50% marks. Certain universities may admit students from other streams as well but it is completely a university's discretion.

After completion of BA in Journalism and Mass Communication, your son can apply for Master degree of Journalism and Mass Communication anywhere in India. One thing is there. He has to go through all the admission criteria and processes by the respective universities.
