Hi,
There are many private institutes that will help you with the subject mentioned. Also there are online courses for the same. Courses like film making are available. I prefer you to start making some travel videos and upload it on YouTube.

I would suggest you to go through the details about the course like subjects, opportunities, etc. If you are extremely keen about the field then only go for it. You can also apply for Diploma courses.

New Zealand PR is based on the shortage skill list listed in NZ immigration web site. Supply chain management seems to be not there. However that does not mean you should not go for this course. It all depends upon what UG programme you did and if you could get a job related to that studies you may be able to get PR. Again PR depends upon you age, qualification, experience and IELTS marks. If you have good (8 band IELTS then it is possible.

In the UG, you have two courses run by the department of media studies called BA JPEng (Triple major in Journalism, Psychology and English). Another course ifCEP (Communication and Media, English, Psychology). Both are in fact the most sought after courses and I personally know people doing this course. According to them, if you plan to work in the media and allied industry, CEP is the best choice.
