Yes, of course there is a faculty of Mass communication in LSR. You need to get minimum 50% marks to get an admission in LSR. And, later on you have to clear the entrance exam for the same.

There is an entrance exam for each and particular college or university. In whichever college you want to get in. You have to clear the entrance exam for that. There is no common entrance test.

Until they have no criteria mentioning full time study, you are freely eligible provided you meet other criteria.
