A Professional Model is not a Designation which shall need a defined Degree or Qualification. But it does need an Educated and Smart person. The Looks matter and the Learning matters equally. You must do a Bachelor's Degree in any stream you are interested in. While doing Education, you must keep the Modelling thing active any participating not just in Modeling events but in Stage Events where your Stage Skills/Acting/Anchoring shall also improve. Remember that Models don't just walk the Ramp, they are also acting, Hosting events and represent brands by good speaking skills and presentation. Education is must. Do a Graduation in Mass Media domain or in Fashion Designing which will give you actual chance and exposure to wall the events of Modelling.

Your confusion is not a life confusion but a career oriented one. You need to see and share which subjects you are good at and willing to keep for 12th. If there is a slight chance of not going for Medical which is not a short term thing and it demands a lot of investment if time and money as well then See if your interest and strength is Maths and Non Medical subject than may lead to Engineering. It is to be remembered that for Mass Communication, Media and Journalism courses you need not worry of 12th Stream. Any Stream person can join Mass Communication Bachelor Degree.
