Creative directors need a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field as well as 7-10 years of experience.

Most of the professional journalism courses can only be pursued after completing 12th standard. There are some institutes which offer Diploma courses after 10th but such courses are not very useful when it comes to finding a job using them!
It is better to complete 12th and then pursue a good (and recognised) journalism course
In India, there are 2 main formats in which journalism courses are available. Bachelors Degree courses
