Hi,
If you are not interested in M.Tech in your post-graduation and you are interested in journalism and mass communication, you can go for M.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication). Eligibility for M.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication) in most of the top universities is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree. (It may vary with the university you choose)

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media or Communication, it would be helpful and the institute can train you with practical knowledge. So, doing both will be helpful and at the same time, your job will be secured.
