As a friend I would suggest you to first complete your BCA as you have already dedicated your 1 valuable year to it. Also, there are very few good institutes offering a Journalism course at Bachelor level. Keeping in mind your keen interest towards Journalism, I would suggest you to pursue a part time Certificate course in Journalism and after completing your BCA you can opt for a full time PG in Journalism or Mass Comm. There are many reputed colleges in India for Bachelors in mass communication. If you want a cheap college in India then you have to change your perspective. Cheap colleges give cheap level of education.
